During the warranty period we repair the devices of Canon, Sony, Sanyo and Leica:
Before you deliver the device, please go into the warranty requirements.
Terms of warranty contain information about warranty period, as well as the documents that are required to activate the procedure of servicing the device in such course. Only the European warranties with a proof of purchase from this region are acceptable.
Sony - the required documents are filled-in and stamped warranty card and the proof of purchase. In particular cases, the proof of purchase is sufficient.
Canon - the required documents are the filled-in and stamped warranty card (EWS) and the proof of purchase.
Sanyo - the required documents are filled-in and stamped warranty card and the proof of purchase. In particular cases, the proof of purchase is sufficient.
Leica - the required document is the proof of purchase. Warranty card is optional.

- warranty and chargeable cleaning of CMOS sensor, mirror and focusing screen in "M" & "S" SLR cameras
- warranty and chargeable pixel correction in "M" SLR cameras
- warranty and chargeable repairs of all kinds of defects in digital compact cameras
Dispatching the warranty device.
To do the warranty device, we are obliged to have all necessary documents. If we do not have it, we are not allowed to start service actions. The time of repair would be counted from the moment of completing missing documents.
