Dispatching

If you haven't got the possibility to visit us in person, we propose to us contact via courier company. Please find below all details.

AFTER-WARRANTY DEVICES FROM THE TERRITORY OF POLAND

  1. Please fill in the application form.
  2. Please pack in the device in a safe packet (original box or inflexible carton with filler). Please do not send accessories that are unconnected to the submitted defect. C.S.I. does not take responsibility for such accessories.
  3. Please send the parcel. In case of after-warranty devices, the Customer pays costs of transport. However, we can offer reduction of rates that results from agreements between our workshop and transportation companies. In such cases, the Customer should send the device on our cost, and the settlement will take place when we send it back.
  4. In 24 hours (weekends excepted) from the moment of delivery, our workshop will prepare free of charge cost estimate*. Then the Customer should contact us and decide whether to repair device or not. The contact is possible by telephone: +48 22 379 20 90, or by e-mail: info@e-csi.pl.
    Do not hesitate to contact us in any other case.

In case of resignation from repair, the device will be send back via courier on the cost of recipient (according to the actual tariff).

When you make an approval for the repair, you will be charged for service and transport. All the costs will be paid by cash on delivery.

* Does not apply to Sanyo waterproof camcorders. In case of such devices, we can propose passing the camcorder to central workshop in Germany, where the expertise and the repair can be done. The cost of expertise and the transportation is about 70 EUR.

  2. Please pack in the device in a safe packet (original box or inflexible carton with filler), together with above-mentioned documentation. Please do not send accessories that are unconnected to the submitted defect. C.S.I. does not take responsibility for such accessories.
  3. Please send the parcel on the cost of recipient using the appropriate courier.
  4. In 14 days from the moment of receiving the parcel, we will send the device back on our cost. Taken actions will be noted in the warranty card*.

* In case of Sanyo waterproof camcorders, we pass the device to central workshop in Germany, where the repair can be done. In case of refusal of warranty repair, the cost of expertise and the transportation is about 70 EUR.
