After the warranty period, we repair the devices of Canon, Sony, Sanyo and Leica:
In 1 day from delivery date, we do free of charge cost estimate. It describes condition of the device and approximate costs of repair*. After the approval for proposed costs, the device goes to technician. Average repair, that can be done without ordering spare parts, takes 4 working days.
In case of the resignation from repair, the Customer carries no additional costs.
*Does not apply to Sanyo waterproof camcorders. In case of such devices, we can propose passing the camcorder to central workshop in Germany, where the expertise and the repair can be done. The cost of expertise and the transportation is about 70 EUR.
